MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

JANINE CONWAY
Director of the Ministry Development Program

The Ministry Development Program offers young adults opportunities for internships or residencies. Internships are for one year, and are available in various ministries. This is an opportunity to let God speak to you and explore your call into ministry. A Residency is for people who have already decided to pursue full time ministry and desire an opportunity for experience in their specific ministry calling (pastoral, worship, children, or youth).

Berkley Academy is an initiative by Berkley Hills Church to see high school students, college students, and young adults discover their calling, whether that is a secular position or vocational ministry, Berkley Academy is designed to steward talents, giftings, and passions of young people as they navigate life.
